Shortboard Table

Here is an original Midcentury Modern design inspired by classic pieces. An elongated oval top standing on wooden hairpin style legs. (An interesting story about the origins of the iconic Hairpin Leg can be found here). A shelf tucked underneath gives you a convenient place for magazines, remote controls, etc. A gently tapered edge on the underside of the table top visually lightens the design.

The table is available in Black Walnut, Maple, or Cherry hardwoods, and will have a hand rubbed oil and waxed finish. If you are looking for a different species of wood or finish please contact me.

The legs and shelf remove for transport and can be reattached with just a screwdriver.
